Generally a 15-20% gratuity is what is usually given by our satisfied clients as a token of their appreciation.



  • 1. A signed contract with a $75 Non-Refundable deposit fee is required to reserve your event, which will be deducted off your total price. Any changes to the number of services must be made 14 days prior to the event. Client will be responsible in paying in full for any canceled services after that 14 day grace period.
  • 2. If appointment must be cancelled, cancellation must be made within 5 days of scheduled appointment time. If cancellation happens after that time, client is responsible for 100% of cost for all scheduled services.
  • 3. The balance is to be paid in full at the time services are rendered.
  • 4. We are a travel hair and makeup company, and will travel to your location or client can come to our office/studio for convenience and to avoid travel/parking fees if they apply.
  • 5. Client is responsible for all parking fees (if any) associated with their hotel/resort.
  • 6. Bride agrees that if any additional services are requested the day of the appointment, we will do all scheduled persons first and if time permits we will do the additional services. (Payment is to be made at that time.)
  • 7. Artists cannot guarantee all services will be finished at scheduled end time due to late arrival of bridal party.
  • 8. We have permission to use any photographs that are taken of our work on the bridal to be used for company website/social media purposes.
  • 9. In case of severe weather during hurricane season, Beaute Speciale has the right to cancel any and all bookings for the safety of the employees. There will be no penalties or charges should this be the case.
  • 10. Please ensure to call us at 321-299-2843 upon you checking in, to your hotel room. We are vendors, and as such, do not have access to hotel information.
