Spring Face Chart #7 by Jackie Morton

This face chart was done by Jackie Morton. It was inspired by the new Prada Spring campaign.  Orange is the color of the moment and in this look they used minimal color everywhere else and focused on the lips to make a statement. We are completely in love with the new orange looks this season and we recommend everyone try a little orange somewhere, whether it be on lips, cheeks, eyeliner eye shadow and nails. The trick is to use the color sparingly so it looks fresh and clean.

Spring Face Chart #4 by Jessica Califf

This is a clean fresh face look with a hint of a color on the lips and strong lashes and strong brows.  This is an amazing look and we think lots of ladies out there will be wearing it.  It’s also a very versatile look that you can wear it to the office or out on a night on the town as well!

Spring Face Chart #3 by Rosie Torres

Just 10 steps away from this amazing look!

To create this soft beautiful look for spring we start with the eyes first.

Step 1.  Use a base for the eye shadow, which is Painterly from MAC.  Use a flat concealer brush to apply from the top of the lid to the brow.

Step 2.  Use a soft wash of color on the lid.  I used seedy-pearl as an all over wash and then pack it on the lid for more intensity.  I also use this color in the inner part of the eye to create pop and underneath the eye to continue the soft look.

Step 3.  Use Sketch on the crease of the eye to define the eye and show your eye shape.

Step 4.  I use Brule as a highlight on the brow bone to brighten and smooth the crease of the highlight together.

Step 5.  Line the eyes with Shu Uemura with their black gel liner on top and wing it out for some fun.  Line the inner rim with a black eye liner.

Step 6.  Use a ton of mascara to make those lashes look amazing.

Step 7.  Define your brow with an eyeshadow that matches your hair color and if you have dark hair go with a brown color.

Step 8.  Apply concealer and foundation.

Step 9.  Apply blush.  For this look Iused Prism.

Step 10.  I used Whirl lip liner from MAC and Snob lipstick, no gloss.

Spring Face Chart #2 by Alexie Fonseca

Another look we really like right now is the use of lots of bright colors as eyeliners and keeping the face to a minimum or having a bright lip in combination with a pretty bright manicure.  If you keep the focus on one particular area and emphasize one thing at a time, as dramatic as they are doing on the runway, it looks fresh and just in time for spring. Anyone who is brave enough can sport this look out on the town or during the daytime this season.

This was Alexie Fonseca’s spring inspiration from one of the recent spring fashion shows.  We love the electric blue eyeliner!

MAC Nicki’s Lipstick

-Bright Yellow Pink

MAC Petrol Blue Eyeliner

-Deep Navy with Pearl

DuWop Doubleglow 7 – Cream Bronzer

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, Very Black

My spring look combined:  electric blue angled liner with hot pink lipstick!

Celebrity Inspiration Look by Jessica Torres

We have been keeping up with some of the new spring trends on the runway in fashion magazines and on the red carpet.  We’re really loving some of these looks we’ve seen. The hair and makeup stylists and artists at Beaute Speciale have recreated some of these looks that have inspired them and wanted to share them with the rest of you. First look was recreated by Jessica Torres; Jessica  found this clean and classy inspiration look on what Angelina Jolie recently wore at this year’s 2012 Golden Globe Awards. She loved the bright  red lip that Angelina had and the beautiful sharp clean line of this retro liquid eyeliner that has never gone out of style but is very popular at the moment. This is a great look that anyone can pull at any event for almost every occasion; it is an Old Hollywood look that has made a comeback in a very strong way!
